And now they're blocking.

They turned out so well - I can't wait to make another pair! There's a few mistakes, but I'm very happy with how they look. Yayayay colorwork!

Now, on to Forecast! Goal: Finished and blocked by Wednesday. My plane for NY leaves on Thursday! Thanks for all your good thoughts. Things are getting slightly better. I can't be grumpy with a trip on the horizon, right?

They are gorgeous. I have wanted to knit them for quite some time. I even have the yarn for the project, but I can't justify buying the pattern while I still haven't knit the deep-v vest I purchased the pattern for. Why didn't she come up with the smaller project first?

And, can you mention to Anne-Marie that for some reason, when I attempt to view her blog, I get a request for a password? It's been that way for a little while now, and Bloglines shows one of those !'s they put up when there is a feed problem. Is she being stalked and had to protect her blog???

Very nice....lovely color combination.

The anemois are beautiful! Love the colors. I think it's impossible to make those mittens and NOT want to make another pair. Have a great time up here in the city!

Definitely bring those lovely Anemois to the city! You never know if it's going to snow or be 60 degrees...

They look gorgeous, Carrie. Don't you love how colourwork seems to go twice as fast as regular knitting, even though it seems like it should take twice as long? It's magic.

The mittens looks great! I still need to try colorwork. Have a safe trip to NYC! You'll be about 1 1/2 hours from me if you get Wii withdrawal...jk. :)
